The Chinese versions of both books have been out of print for a while, but I still have some of the illustrations.
The Chinese illustrate their books, and the process of working with the translators and the artists was a total joy, especially when the artists would send me their work for approval. This is one from Threads: The Reincarnation of Anne Boleyn.
This image depicts Anne Boleyn in prison, with the words to "Oh Death Rock Me Asleep" in Chinese characters off to the right. These are the lyrics to a song she wrote while in prison. Someone else wrote the music after her execution.
